Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using RART Digital’s services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
RART Digital provides content creation services using new technologies, including music videos, advertising and social media content. Additional agreements specify the terms of each project.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed rights to delivered content. RART Digital retains the right to use the work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment
Fees are determined per project. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final deliverables are provided upon full payment.
Revisions
The project agreement specifies included revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Cancellation
If a client cancels, payment is due for all work completed up to cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Liability
RART Digital’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect or special damages.
Changes
RART Digital may modify these terms. Continued use of the services following changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
